Advocate Adrian Botha S.C. holds a BCom (Law) degree with majors in Accounting, Economics, and Law. While studying for his LLB, he worked in accounting, gaining valuable experience in both accounting and commercial matters.

He has been practising as an advocate at the High Court of South Africa since 1999 and was appointed Senior Counsel (SC) in March 2018.

Advocate Botha specialises in commercial civil litigation, with extensive experience in the following areas: contracts, construction, insolvency, banking, mining, competition law, intellectual property law, insurance, property, constitutional law, administrative law, and labour law.
