Dr Johnny Slabbert is the Chief Operations Officer of Christian Family Church International (CFCI) Johannesburg, where he represents Apostle Theo and Dr Beverley Wolmarans in their absence. He was instrumental in developing and establishing the CFCI Bible College by the grace of God and has served in numerous roles since 2006. He later entered full-time ministry as the Dean of the International Bible College until 2009. Afterwards, he became the Business Manager for Christian Family Church International, Johannesburg, until 2011, and now serves as the Chief Operations Officer.

With previous experience in sales and marketing management, logistics management, and project management in a 4PL environment, including structured financing, Dr Slabbert has a strong background in transportation, logistics, and multi-modal management. He has studied extensively in these fields and in his ministry calling.

Known for his dynamic, fluent teaching and presentation style, Johnny engages his audience and makes complex concepts in ministry and business easy to understand. His passion lies in high-level management, leadership training, team transformation, and the practical execution of strategy. Whether in the corporate or ministry setting, his exceptional problem-solving skills, innovative thinking, and strong communication abilities, combined with his honest, humble, and steadfast character, enable him to take individuals and teams to the next level.
