Dr. Maxwell Holland is a visionary leader, life coach, mentor, author, philanthropist, and business executive, known for his passionate commitment to the transformation of individuals and nations across Africa.

In 2013, he purchased a 5-hectare property in Ruimsig, Johannesburg, where he is currently building The Embassy – The Institute for Transformation. The Embassy aims to build a global community through public and private partnerships, providing the resources, training, and economic opportunities needed to transform Africa.

At The Embassy, Dr. Holland has established three key programmes. The training programme 4Change Academy offers both accredited and non-accredited courses designed to empower individuals to transform their personal lives and their communities. Secondly, Dr Holland has developed businesses and formed strategic partnerships with organisations that provide empowerment and employment opportunities, addressing Africa’s key challenges such as food security and the energy crisis. Lastly, he focuses on youth development through the 4Change Foundation, founded in 2008, which aims to shape the future of African nations by providing training, mentorship, and opportunities for youth to become contributing members of society.

In 2017, Dr Holland also launched the Leadership Engine, a mentorship program dedicated to training leaders who are focused on transforming nations. The program connects candidates with local and international mentors and thought leaders, empowering them to discover their purpose, build their brand, and strategically implement their vision.

Maxwell also serves on the Bill Winston Ministries Africa board, where he works to expand its reach in Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. He is a member of the International Third World Leaders Association (ITWLA) and the John Maxwell Team, where he is an internationally recognised certified coach and partner.
