In this interview on Wednesday, 23 November 2016, FOR SA’s Legal Counsel speaks to Gareth Burley of Kingfisher FM about the latest in the OGOD v six public schools case in the Johannesburg High Court. The interview then turns to focus in particular on the new Hate Crimes and Hate Speech Bill – what the Bill is about, and how it could potentially affect the freedom of Christians to speak, and to teach and preach, Biblical truth. This is a very important Bill for every South African, and every believer, to take notice of as it will radically affect our freedom of speech. Comment on the Bill can be submitted to hatecrimes@justice.gov.za by 31 January 2017.
